My personal concern for the environment has influenced my view of real estate.
I look for those builders and consumers who want to make a difference. There are many opportunities to better use energy and natural resources in new construction and in remodeling. I will use the knowledge and understanding I have of green building and environmental issues to advise my clients and show them they do have choice.
I hope to be able to communicate to a client that being green does not mean a drastic change in lifestyle and in most cases very little change at all.
