My First Blog Post
Hi folks, I am starting a Blog for my website. I am not sure how often I will be able to post but I will try to post something relevant to real estate at least once a week. I think this is a good medium to get ideas across and get a general pulse of the real estate market place.
I did hear a comment on one of the new shows the other day that was 180 out of what I remember from one of the many Economics classes I attended. I was under the impression that the "real estate market" trailed the economy in general. In other words when the economy was on the way up real estate would be at the top and about to start down. I guess depending on which way you look at it real estate can be seen as leading or trailing the economy.
