You do have a choice!

I have not written a post in a while and I know it is time I paid more attention to this Blog if I want people to read it and respond.
The title of this post "You do have a choice!" is referring to doing your part as an individual to save our planet and the environment we live in. One of the ways you can make a difference is in the home you buy or in the products you select when you repair or remodel your home.
We often think going "Green" means we have to settle for less. This is not the case; I think most of us would have a hard time to tell a green built home from a conventionally built home. One thing you would most likely notice is better Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). IAQ is a major concern for people who suffer from allergies or other respiratory problems. Green built homes use products that feature Low Volatile Organic Compounds (LVOCs) in their make up. Products with LVOCs in their make up give off fewer gases producing less indoor air pollution.
